The facility features a red light therapy sauna, a healing salt mist halotherapy sauna, a vibrational resonance sauna with personal device connectivity, a lounge chair sauna, and a traditional high-heat sauna reaching 175°F or above. Three cold plunges allow guests to practice contrast therapy at varying intensities, and two hot tubs round out the thermal toolkit. A weight room and lounge area make The Cove suitable for extended visits. The tiered pricing model is one of The Cove's most celebrated features.
