Founded by Matt Stewart, a professional biohacker and holistic nutrition health coach, the Bankers Hill studio opened in September 2023 at 2665 5th Avenue, Suite 103, and has since expanded to Solana Beach with additional locations planned for Carlsbad and La Jolla. The studio's red light therapy offering is a standout: a medical-grade, Class II, 360-degree red light bed with 2,400 LEDs and over 7,200 watts of power, delivering 147 J/cm² and 4.3 million joules in just 10 minutes. Infrared saunas are Clearlight brand with True Wave carbon/ceramic heaters and built-in medical-grade chromotherapy. Additional modalities include cold plunge maintained at 50 degrees, HALO ONE salt therapy, TruGrade pneumatic compression with Therabody RecoveryAir JetBoots, PEMF therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
