The concept was built on the insight that the highest performers in any field need spaces that support both their physical and cognitive output, and that wellness should be woven into daily life rather than bolted onto it as an afterthought. The studio's Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna features built-in LED red light therapy and chromotherapy, delivering a 30-minute session that combines the deep-tissue detox and cardiovascular benefits of far-infrared heat with the cellular repair and skin-rejuvenating properties of red and near-infrared light. The sauna accommodates up to two people per session, creating a semi-private environment that feels social rather than clinical — perfectly aligned with the Wellness Social Club ethos. Towels are provided, and sessions can be booked as standalone amenities or bundled with Pilates classes. The Pilates reformer program is taught by certified instructors using the proprietary MNT Method, which emphasizes functional movement, core strength, and postural alignment. Classes range from foundational sessions for new practitioners to high-intensity reformer workouts for experienced clients. The Mission Rock location also features an expanded wellness suite.
