Red light therapy is a centerpiece offering at Mattr. The studio features the Elysium Light Bed, a full-body photobiomodulation system delivering both red and near-infrared wavelengths to stimulate mitochondrial energy production, reduce systemic inflammation, and accelerate cellular repair. Uniquely, Mattr also offers Cranial Light Helmets—a targeted PBM device directing wavelengths to the brain for cognitive benefits including improved memory, mental clarity, and mood stabilization.
