Established in 2023, the space was designed as a refuge for those seeking deep restoration through the convergence of ancient practices and modern biohacking tools. Unlike a traditional gym or spa, Human Aeon operates as a membership-based community where members and guests come to reset, recover, and reconnect with their bodies. The facility is built around the five elements framework — breathwork, meditation, movement, cold and heat exposure, and consciousness training. Guests can choose from guided Sanctuary Sessions (90-minute instructor-led experiences combining breathwork, cold plunge, and sauna), self-guided Sauna and Cold Plunge access, or the recently launched Light + Sound Therapy Chamber, which features a Lucia light and sound beds designed to induce nervous system reset and brainwave entrainment. Red light therapy is available as part of the studio's broader biohacking toolkit. Using low-wavelength red and near-infrared light, sessions stimulate cellular mitochondria to produce more ATP — promoting tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and supporting skin health.
