Founded in May 2008 by Tiffanie, the studio is a proudly Black-owned, women-owned, and LGBTQ+-owned business that has built a devoted following across the East Bay over more than 16 years of community service. The studio's comprehensive menu blends therapeutic bodywork, aesthetic treatments, and cutting-edge wellness technology — making it one of the most complete wellness destinations in the Hayward and South Bay Area region. Red light therapy is among the studio's most sought-after services. Using 635nm and 880nm LED wavelengths, the treatment targets the body's adipose tissue and surface layers to support inch loss, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation. A 30-minute session covers the thighs, stomach, back, upper arms, and face — and is typically combined with a body analysis, problem-area massage with gua sha tools, wood therapy, or the vibro sculpt platform for a fully integrated body sculpting experience. Regular clients report visible improvements in body circumference, skin texture, and overall tone. The studio's massage therapy program is equally renowned. Tiffanie and her team of licensed therapists offer deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, and specialty massage services calibrated to each client's specific needs.
