The facility operates as a clothing-optional communal spa offering Finnish-style saunas, a steam room, an outdoor saltwater hot tub shaded by mature trees, two cold plunge tubs, and a tea room and cafe where guests can rest between rounds. Red light therapy is available as an add-on service, complementing the full-body thermal cycling that defines the Everett House experience. The pricing structure is intentionally accessible: a 30-minute individual session starts at $18, and a 60-minute session runs $28, making it one of the most affordable wellness spaces in Portland.
