City Cave Float & Wellness Center is an internationally award-winning wellness spa that opened its Fort Worth location at 465 S Main Street in the vibrant Near Southside neighborhood in 2025. Co-owned by Rusty and Jen Watkins — Willow Park residents who turned to City Cave's services after Jen's journey through chronic pain and hip replacement recovery — the Fort Worth studio brings a world-class wellness concept to the heart of one of the city's most dynamic districts. City Cave's signature offering is its float therapy experience, which sets it apart from traditional float tanks or pods. Three spacious private float rooms give guests their own sanctuary to decompress in a shallow pool filled with skin-temperature water and 1,000 pounds of medical-grade Epsom salt, delivering high concentrations of magnesium and other minerals associated with improved sleep, reduced blood pressure, and muscle relaxation. The experience is designed as much for mental stillness as physical recovery. Alongside float therapy, City Cave offers private infrared sauna sessions lasting 45 minutes, where infrared light penetrates the body directly to promote pain relief, deep muscle relaxation, and improved circulation without the intense ambient heat of traditional saunas. Three massage therapy rooms round out the recovery menu, offering sports, prenatal, and relaxation massage modalities. The facility also features a curated relaxation room stocked with complimentary herbal teas, medicinal mushroom extracts, and locally-sourced Crazy Water from Mineral Wells.
