While primarily known for its comprehensive psychotherapy services including individual therapy, couples counseling, group therapy, and LGBTQIA+-affirming care, the Center has meaningfully expanded its physical wellness offerings to include infrared sauna, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, cupping therapy, nutritional counseling, yoga, and fitness classes.
